Guess I am normal to have this point-of-time where every girls feel… Yes, I’m so wanna get married.
I’m probably influenced by Sonia. She’s getting hitched in December and I’m feeling so happy for her! So happy that I also wanna get married myself too. Duhz.. Okay…
It has been 5 long years and counting, Darling and I dated… Time flies… We used to quarrel on every single thing, but now we don’t. We enjoy the peace we are having now. It’s so much peaceful that I do feel bored at times. You know, we need those climax in relationships. People always tell me, it will be good for a couple to get married after dating for 3 years, if not, the relationship will eventually go “tasteless”. I used to retaliate this logic, but now I regretted to max and I had to agree with them.
Darling did sort of proposed to me 2 years ago, but I thought we were too fast. So, I claimed that as a casual remark. And now, FML… He didn’t even mention it at all. Really FML to max. Girls should not hang themselves high sometimes, you will regret doing that eventually. Like me!!!
Now, we finally talked (talked only, he has not proposed to me yet) about our marriage plan. We’ve applied for our love home at Punggol (finger crossed), once our application is successful, then we will go on with our ROM and wedding.
Darling and I shared the same idea. We wanted to move out of our parents’ territory and spend 二人世界 for at least a year or two, before we settle down for kids. This is our perfect plan, but not his parent’s. They probably wants us to stay with them and to have kids immediately after our wedding. Haiz… I can foresee the stress, especially when his parents and relatives are very conserve in tradition. But, I don’t think that will affect me and Darling as long as we move out. I will be blogging about this in future, very very likely.
I’ve been browsing through ikea magazine lately… I just love they way they decorate the kitchens, bedrooms, washrooms and living rooms! And browsing ikea magazine is really deadly for me. The more I look at it, the more I wanted to get married. -_-”
I always wanted to burn down my own kitchen without my mum wanting to kill me. I can bake cakes, make scones, cook pastas~ I hardly cook at home coz my mum doesn’t like me to use her kitchen. Like what I’ve said, she feared that I might burn down her whole kitchen.

It has been so long since I last blogged…
October and November has been exciting months for me! Yes very “exciting”.
My dear sickly colleague finally left after torturing me with truckloads of unreasonable “sickly” reasons. She was somehow suffering from an “incurable” illness in which she will develop rashes when she breaths. Okay, sounds scary but she still somehow managed to get her butt to Sentosa Resorts to celebrate her birthday during her sick leaves (which is a whole damn week, when my boss is not around too and I had to cover 3 divisions alone) And the best reason she gave my boss when she was confronted, she gave the lamest reason… Sentosa Resort is all air-conditioned. WTF, you mean office is not air-conditioned?!
What I hate about her was she likes to cry in office in order to attract everyone’s attention that she was gravely sick. And when the moment my boss or MD asked her to go home early to rest, she can pack her bag in lesser than 5 mins. Amazing speed for someone who was so gravely sick until she had to cry at her desk, scaring everyone around her. Anyhows, that’s all passe. She tendered her resignation and left without serving notice. At least, I don’t have to see her sickly face.
Okay, enough of her.
I went Koh Samui over the weekend. It was a annual Company incentive trip. We checked in Melati Beach Resort & Spa. That place is superb! The only thing I disliked about this trip was there’s only one flight flying directly from Singapore to Koh Samui. So, the only flight we have was on friday at 8pm. We only managed to touch ground at 11ish pm at Koh Samui.
I shared a small villa with Candice. It’s really like WOW when we stepped into the villa. We’ve got 1 outdoor toilet and 1 indoor toilet with bath tub, 2 bedrooms and most WOW factor was the private pool!!!
Who still need a bikini for swimming??!! Just jump in naked lah!!! Biggest enjoyable in life.

I was asked to join Research Team. I guess it is time to move on. I’m so excited on my new role! Will most probably start in December.
I had a wisdom tooth extraction last Friday. It was HELL out of me! It took me 4 jabs to have “no feelings” when pulling out my tooth. I still can feel the dentist stitching my gums up. WTF. Why was everyone telling me that it’s painless?! Painless my arse sia!!! This minor surgery cost me $400+, lucky I’m able to claim Medisave, I’ll be very very broke if I’m not allowed to. I’m going back on Thur to remove my stitches. Seriously WTF…
Types of People I Dislike

I’m considered hard to get along type and usually I won’t bother much about you unless you stepped on my tail.
Recently there is someone out there getting onto my nerves. I’m still trying to keep my cool. I hope I won’t blast at him / her one day.
Here is a list of types of people I dislike:
- Act cute, when you are older than me / obviously looked older than me.
- Act ang mo, when you think the past tense of ‘understand’ is ‘understanded’ and you do not know what a verb, a noun and adjective is. Fake ang mo.. Pui.
- Always sick. I hate sickly chicken! Don’t pass your germs to me!
- Claiming that he / she is slim, when obviously he / she is fat – I cannot forgive them if they take me as a comparison and claimed that I’m fatter than them. Fuck them, okay.
- I hate girls who like to swank about their big boobs. Please take a look at your overall figure; your boobs are big because you are FAT. There’s nothing to be proud of if your boobs are 34C but yet your waistline is like 36 inches. I’ll sing you my praises if you have 34C with a 26 inch waistline.
- Indecisive. You cannot think properly on what you want.
- Crazy Hello Kitty fan. Really die-hard fans. Seriously, what’s so special about Hello Kitty? Oh, the kitty that doesn’t have a mouth to talk. Good, you better shut up. So do her die-hard fans.
- Die-hard Pokemon fans who still plays those stupid card games. Sorry, I don’t know how to appreciate such nonsense.
- People who walk as if like hopping around. I don’t know how to describe it. I just find it irritating. Why can’t they just walk normally?
- People who keep talking about how notorious they were during their school days. I don’t give a damn, okay.
- Act smart but stupid people. Don’t think that everyone are as stupid as you. You repeated your module do not mean I have to repeat my module too. Unfortunately, I have better brains than you.
- People who will do all sorts of nonsense to self-pity just to gain sympathy from others. Example, slashing their own wrists and post the bloody pic on FB. Okay, perhaps this also can categorize as Attention Seeker – which is the next point.
- Attention Seeker. People who post such messages like ‘I NEED ATTENTION!!!’ on FB. Why don’t you strip yourself and run around your neighborhood naked. You will get the attention you needed so desperately.
- People who waste food, play with food. Do you know there are many starving children on another side of the globe?
- People who are not contented and are greedy over everything.
- I hate people who earn more than 8K per month and still take public transports to work. Do you know there are people who need the space more than you? Imagine the MRTs and buses are less packed if those high earners stop taking public transports.
It’s a gonna be a never-ending list…
Limping weekend

I hurt my right foot during last Sunday’s run… 
I already felt the pain on my right foot on Sunday, but I thought it was merely muscle strain. So I just pasted some Salmonpas on my foot for a few days. The pain eventually got worse by Wednesday, and on top of that, I was wearing high heels to work too. Perhaps this added more stress on my injuries. And by Friday, I can’t even walk properly. I was limping around the office. Darling took me to see a Sinseh on Saturday. It was my first time. Bit of nervous though, but I just wanna get it done and over with, and to recover well and fast.
The experience was a torture. I almost died from the immense pain during the session. It was so much pain!!! So much so I can’t even cry; I was in extreme pain and was laughing and screaming so hard! I think I’m very noisy and freaked out other patients there, but I don’t care lah! It’s already so fucking painful, how do you expect me to still preserve my image. I plead Sinseh to have some mercy on me but he ignored. The more I plead him the more force he used on me. It was so much pain that I almost kicked him. Lolx!
Darling stood outside, laughing at my pain. I think its karma. I laughed so hard at Darling just 2 months ago when he sprained his ankle and he was screaming when the same Sinseh was treating him. And that Sinseh told me not to laugh at Darling coz I will not know when it will be my turn to visit him… Seriously, I think I’m cursed.
Anyway, my foot is now wrapped up like pig’s leg. My foot got even more swollen today, and I feel pain on my WHOLE foot (instead of just that initial part that was injured) Feels like blue-black kinda feeling.
And to mention again, I was limping throughout the whole weekend. This is sucks, okay.

I did my pedicure the day before, coz I don’t want my “pig’s leg” to look so dull. Chio eh?
Anyhow, FML lah! I had to wrap my foot with plastic bag when I bath and it’s so troublesome can! Imagine I didn’t wash my foot for how many days, say since Saturday till now?! Itchy yet I can’t scratch. It’s a torture!
Lucky I have a nice boss, she asked me to take a day off to rest… If not, I’ll be limping around Raffles Place. Very unglamorous…
I hope to have a speedy recovery!~

Safra Half Army Marathon

Went for Safra Half Army Marathon last Sunday. I had enough water and sleep the night before and I also brought an armband to hold my iPhone, so I can run without carrying it with my sweaty sticky hands. It’s really a hassle to hold your phone in your hands when you are running 10km in a fucking hot weather. You sweat like a pig and fearing if your phone will slip through your hands and dropped on the floor. Anyway, it’s a hassle.
I’ve got everything ready except training. Duhz… I didn’t had much training for this run. Well, whenever I told myself that I’m so going to go for a jog, it rains or something cropped up and I had to forgo my training. I’m not trying to give lame excuses but it just happened. What can I do?
My run starts at 8am. I’m meeting Stephanie at 7.15am at Funan IT Mall. Darling woke me up at 4.30am!!! Reason being, he feared that there’s no carpark lot for us. Okay, darling is super typical KS Singaporean can! But he’s already considered very nice to drive me there.
By the way, did I mentioned that I didn’t wear the sponsored running tee given by Safra? It’s damn ugly can!!! And I still thought it might only be Stephanie and me the only ones who are not wearing it, but I realized it’s almost 90% of the participants are NOT wearing that fugly tee!!!
Another thing I would like to announce… I AM NOT GOING TO JOIN SAFRA RUN EVER AGAIN!!! coz those army guys are stink!!! I almost suffocated and died on the spot, lucky for I have strong determination plus a little blocked nose that morning.
We participated in 10km women open category, but we ended up running 15km (as according to my iPhone apps – runmeter). The whole journey took us 1hour 31minutes… okay lah, not too bad. I’ve injured my right leg, and I’m pasting Salmopas everyday. Still a bit pain.

… I’ve finished my last paper, which also means I’ve finally completed my course with PSB. What a relive! But I’m gonna miss my buddies whom I’ve known them from this course. They are really fun to be with! Each of us has a nickname, Joe is STX which stands for Siao (crazy) Tian Xin (甜心）, Stephanie is my Love, Huimin is my Sweetheart coz she got those girl next door face and Kenny is Sexy. He got good figure k!
Of coz there were times we argued and buei song each other over assignments but we still get along very well. I’m in catch twenty-two. Sighed.
I believe it’s fate to meet each other and to be able to be friends and get along so well. It’s hard to come by. I dont know when are we able to meet again.

So as you know, it’s been a month since I last update my blog (the previous post wasn’t counted). I had a busy busy month! Yes, it’s my birthday month! YEAH!~
I was seriously ill on my birthday month. I was on 4 days MC just in one month! Flu, fever and migraine kept hunting me! I had to pop many pills for almost a month!

I’m officially 25 now. Yes, I’m getting old! Soon, I’ll be in my 30s! Damnit… It’s my worst nightmare. Anyways, I will try to age gracefully.
BFFs gave me a pre-birthday celebration on 25 June, it intended to meet around 9am but was raining heavily, and almost everywhere was flooded! Christy told me that the carpark at her block was flooded. I was like, OMFG… Okay lah, actually not as bad to the extend like what had happened in Orchard Road lah, but still, it will be very challenging for Christy to make her way to my car! So, we waited for the rain to stop and the flood to subside. We finally managed to meet up around 11am.
We dined and shopped a lot but most of the time we were accompanying Sonia who was making very much effort deciding which belt she should get her hubby-to-be as a birthday gift. She took almost 2 hours, walking up and down Ngee Ann City, from Mont Blanc to Gucci to Armani Exchange… and … she ended up not buying anything!!! And she made us recalling that incident last year when we were at Coach (on my birthday too!), it took me merely 30 minutes (the most) to decide which bag to buy but Sonia took 2 hours! Sonia, if you see this, you betta don’t deny okay! I got photo as proof!!!

Next! We went to Riders’ Café for our dinner. That place is really very nice, romantic I should say… Hmmm… but got horses’ poo smell loh.. So not really very romantic lah. But still, you can bring your date there for dinner or for morning breakfast! There are horses trotting by during the daytime! I can imagine it will be a very nice country like scenery. Wah!~ So country feel, I LIKE!!!~
Did I mention that we bumped into Joanne Peh of MediaCorp? She’s very pretty but she’s too skinny!! We didn’t take pictures of her as we strongly understand ‘respect privacy’…

I remembered the differences between a Jaguar and Leopard, but it’s been so long and I forgot about what was it! So, I wiki on this. Answers as follows:
The leopard is found across Africa, Asia, and the Amur region of Russia. Jaguars are found in all of south and central america, and in recent years, north to the U. S. border with Mexico in Texas, as well. The jaguar has a shorter, more stocky build than the leopard. We brought 2 sets of Chicken Rice and it cost us $8.32 EACH! There wasn’t much meat and its only ONE set!!! It fucking cost us $8.32 and why the 32 cents??!! NaBeh!!! Damn ex! We brought 2 sets of Chicken Rice and 1 coke, so total $20.80 include GST!!! Wah lau… So guys, don’t ever say I never pre-warn you about the food there. They are NOT nice and they are FUCKING EXPENSIVE! Just pack your sandwich over, you should have picnic there instead of buying food there!

So as you know, World Cup was here!!! My MD thought it would be fun for us to have a World Cup Sweepstakes in office. Each draw for a team cost 10 bucks, so the person who draw the team which won the World Cup will get the winnings, $320! Very unfortunately, I drawn France and Portugal. France was the very FIRST team eliminated from the qualifying round and the stupid Ronaldo fuck too much, so much so that he can’t perform at all! (Yes, he fuck too much! Heard the news that he’s a father now??!! Cheap prick.) FML!!!!
Anyhow, I gave my support to Spain! I even painted my nails to Spain Country colours! hahaha! It’s MAD CHIO!

25 July was a very busy day for me!! I had to send my mummy to polyclinic to get her wound cleaned, Darling’s mummy’s 60th Birthday celebration and Sonia’s Hubby-to-be’s Birthday Chalet at East Coast!
Woke up in the morning at 8+am, accompanied my mum to polyclinic, only to realize she went on the wrong date! Well, it’s okay… At least we can have breakfast together!
Sent my mum back home and I rushed over to Darling’s place. He had arranged buffet for his mum’s birthday celebration. I was feeling sick and I had to be on bed until 7ishpm, I only had some food…

The party ends around 10ish, Darling and I rushed down to East Coast for another date, Sonia’s Hubby-to-be’s Birthday Party.
Though we were wee late, but we still made it a point to show our face and I’m feeling awfully sick. Met the gals, Christy was there early. Sonia introduced her friends to us, Angie and Claudia. They are really nice people, especially Angie! Another 38!

Stephie and I joined Shape Run 2010 10km run! OMFG, I just slept for an hour before the run and I’m dead tired! Darling was so tired that he bumped my car onto a wall when he was trying to park, luckily it’s just only a small hit. No huge damage… but it still hurts

I went for a full body check up yesterday at SATA. I happened to read about SATA’s mean in the changing room (changing into robe for X-Ray). It stands for So Affordable To Anyone. Please loh, I paid 170 bucks for the most simple health screening package, and you telling me its so affordable? Darling kept telling me that was a normal price range, but I still find it expensive!
The worst part of the whole health screening was the bloody scary blood test. NaBeh, the girl who drew my blood is just only 21! and they were playing around in the room, pushing and joking with each other which makes me SiBeh no confident with them. FML! I requested Darling to accompany me, I bit him when that young girl pierced the needle into my skin. Darling told me she drew 4 tubes of blood from me, and I almost wanna fainted!!! Really FML.
Next, they asked me to do the stool test. But the problem was, I haven’t ate anything in the morning, so I don’t have any feeling! Nah!!! I just have to pass them my shit some other day then, somethings can’t be forced. xoxo

So as you know, I have not been blogging for the past few weeks. BUT that do not mean that this blog is no longer active. I will still blog, of coz, provided that I must have the time to blog. I’ve been super busy! Gosh, tell me about it!!!
I’m on mc for 2 days, will be back to work tomorrow. I’m down with migraine and flu. I feel suck now as I’m typing this via my iPhone.
Oh dear, I’m engulfed by the side effects from the medications. I think it’s better for me to turn in now. I’ll update with truckloads of pics taken in June tomorrow when I feel better.
